قبل ما تراسلنا
- حدّث iOS والتطبيق من App Store.
- للمشتريات: الإعدادات ← [اسمك] ← الوسائط والمشتريات ← عرض الحساب ← سجل المشتريات، ثم داخل Kik Bass أعد تشغيل التطبيق أو استخدم استعادة المشتريات إن وُجدت.
- للغرف المحلية: فعّل الواي فاي، ابقَ على الشبكة نفسها، واسمح بالشبكة المحلية عندما يطلب النظام ذلك.
- الحفظ على الجهاز: لا تحذف التطبيق إن أردت الإبقاء على التقدم. «امسح التقدم» لا يمكن التراجع عنه.
أسئلة شائعة
اختفت الجواهر بعد الشراء؟ تأكد أنك على نفس Apple ID. أعد فتح اللعبة. إن استمر الأمر أرسل لنا إيصال App Store (بدون أرقام بطاقة) وإصدار iOS.
لا تظهر الغرفة؟ الشبكة المحلية وVPN أو شبكات الضيف قد تمنع الاكتشاف. جرّب شبكة المنزل.
كيف أحذف بياناتي؟ صفحة طلب البيانات أو امسح التقدم / احذف التطبيق للبيانات المحلية.
محتوى غير لائق في الغرف
الغرف محلية بين أجهزتكم. غادر الغرفة وأغلق الكود. أبلغنا إن رأيت سلوكاً يخرق الشروط مع وصف مختصر.

Before you write
- Update iOS and the app from the App Store.
- For purchases: Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History, then relaunch Kik Bass or use Restore if shown.
- For local rooms: keep Wi‑Fi on, stay on the same network, and allow local network access when iOS asks.
- Saves are on-device. Do not delete the app if you want to keep progress. “Reset progress” cannot be undone.
FAQ
Gems missing after purchase? Use the same Apple ID. Relaunch the game. If it persists, send us the App Store receipt (never card numbers) and your iOS version.
Room not showing? Guest Wi‑Fi and VPNs often block LAN discovery. Try a home network.
How do I delete my data? Use the data request page, or reset progress / uninstall for local data.
Bad behaviour in rooms
Rooms are local between your devices. Leave the room and stop sharing the code. Email us a short description if someone breaks the terms.
