By using Kik Bass or kikbass.balloora.com you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Licence, not sale

Balloora Garage Company (game developer: Balloora) grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Kik Bass on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you downloaded from. The app is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with Balloora Garage Company and its licensors.

2. Acceptable use

Display names are for fun, not legal identity. Do not use abusive names or impersonate others. In local rooms: do not harass players, cheat with external tools, or use the service in violation of the laws of Saudi Arabia.

3. Intellectual property

Characters, art, audio, names and marks (including Kik Bass and Balloora) belong to Balloora or its licensors. You may not copy the app or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.

4. In-app purchases

Gems, coins, items and ad removal are digital entertainment inside Kik Bass. They are not redeemable from us for cash. Payment and refunds follow Apple App Store or Google Play policies. Restore via the store account on the device. See Safety & IAP.

5. Local network and online

Wi‑Fi rooms depend on your network. We do not warrant network quality or other players’ behaviour. Online mode, if enabled, may change or stop without long notice.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balloora Garage Company is not liable for indirect loss, lost enjoyment, or lost local saves caused by uninstalling or device failure. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed what you paid us via the store for Kik Bass in the prior twelve months, or zero if you paid nothing.

7. Additional Apple terms (iOS users)

• These terms are between you and Balloora Garage Company, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the app purchase price if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for your claims or any third-party claims relating to the app or your possession and use of it (including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property).
• You represent you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on a U.S. government prohibited-party list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to mandatory consumer and store rules in your favour. Courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
